RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or leaked upon delivery
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Return request must be raised within 12 hours of delivery


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or partially used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items purchased under clearance or special discounts (unless defective)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Include:
    • Order ID
    • Product name
    • Reason for return
    • Clear photos/videos of the issue

Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or provide return instructions.


4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after product inspection
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval

5. Replacement Policy

  • If eligible, you may request a replacement instead of a refund
  • Replacement will be shipped at no extra cost

6. Shipping Charges

  • Free return pickup for damaged, defective, or incorrect products
  • For other eligible returns, shipping charges may be deducted

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
